Salutare!
Avand in vedere ca guildul nostru s-a extins ar fi momentul sa facem unele precizari care sper ca vor fi intelese asa cum trebuie. Dupa cum bine ati observat atunci cand se organizeaza raiduri(de 25 mai ales) exista mereu discutii datorita faptului ca nu toata mulțimea are loc in raid. Trebuie sa intelegeti ca nu putem lua toata guilda(desi daca s-ar putea asta am face:P),mereu o sa fie unii care o sa ramana in afara raidului. Drept urmare ne-am gandit sa facem in asa fel incat toata societatea sa fie cat de cat multumita. La ora actuala raidul cel mai dificil si care starneste cele mai mari ambitii este de departe TOC. Pt raidul de TOC 25 vom alege oamenii cu cel mai bun gear,oamenii cu o oarecare experieta,oamenii care pot executa ceea ce li se cere(vom fi cat se poate de obectivi). In ceea ce priveste TOC 10 regulile nu sunt chiar asa stricte.Avand in vedere ca seara suntem de obicei 30+ de lvl 80 as vrea de la voi SA NU ASTEPTATI DUPA MINE,DUPA PARENTAL SAU EU MAI STIU CINE,luati fraiele si organizati si voi raidul,vom face 2,3 raiduri de 10 men. In raidurile gen ONYXIA,OS etc vor avea prioritate oamenii cu gear mai slabut,astfel avand si ei posibilitatea sa isi imbunatateasca gearul. TOATA OMENIREA VA LUA PARTE LA RAIDURI,DOAR CA LA UNELE DINTRE ELE NU TOTI POT FACE FATA INCA. SPER SA INTELEGETI ASTA. Mai jos aveti unele reguli generale ale acestei guilde...cititi cu atentie:): 1.General whining is not tolerated at all. If your main focus is loot or you can’t handle sitting out of raids sometimes, then this is not the right guild for you. Sometimes certain compositions will be better and you simply won’t get a spot. We expect you to play for the guild and its progress above all else. 2.Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it. This means being able to adapt to new situations and goes beyond just reading theorycrafting and knowing what the right gems are. It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be. 3.Have a competitive nature both on a guild vs. guild level and an internal level. You will have to earn your raid spot and show that you are the best person for the job. You must be confident in what you are doing and want to show that you can do it better than anyone else. 4.Generally have a friendly attitude towards your guild mates. The flipside of this is that you must be able to take a certain level of abuse and jokes from your peers. If you can't take a few jokes at your expense this might not be the place for you. 5.You must be able to take sometimes extremely harsh criticism and improve from it. You will make mistakes, everyone does. It's important that you will learn from them, not make them again and respect the criticism you take. 6.PVE GEAR IS INDISPENSABLE WHEN RAIDING |
